今天，我拿起一张卡纸，做起贺卡来，准备给妈妈带来一个惊喜。你一定会问：做贺卡干什么?我告诉你：今天是母亲节。

Mothers Day gives people a chance to express their gratitude to their mothers and it is important to do so. My parents are traditional and they don’t often say words about love, but the things they do for me are never less. When I went to middle school, my classmates sent messages to their mothers or just gave a call on Mothers Day, until then I realized I must do something for my mother. So I borrowed my friends phone and sent a message to my mom, telling her that I loved her. Later, my father told me that mom was really happy.
Every small act we do for our mothers will touch them deeply. If we can’t make her happy every day, at least let her know how much we love her.

The food was not as delicious as my mother‘s. Nevertheless,
my mother and father enjoyed it,

我从小就是个体弱多病的孩子，时不时就会发烧，生病。妈妈只得在深夜去找医生看病，妈妈是一名中学英语老师，我们一家三口就住在中学里。深夜2点，中学关着大门，妈妈不能去找医生，但我的病却还是要治。妈妈望了望墙头，狠了狠心，便一手抱着我，一手去爬墙头。然后再抱着我，在那冷清而有寒冷的大街上找医生为我治病。这一切都是奶奶告诉我的，我始终不敢想象，一位21岁的母亲是如何一手抱着孩子，从1，2米的墙头上翻过去的！
妈妈啊，妈妈，我该怎样做才能报答你呢？这时，我眼前好像出现我对妈妈在一块的情景，我对妈妈大吵大闹，我对妈妈打冷战，我对妈妈冷言冷语，那一幕幕就像电影一样掠过脑海。突然，我又想起妈妈对我的情景，妈妈把牛奶端到我的卧室，妈妈为我做好吃的，妈妈给我买好多新衣服，我的心猛一颤，热泪再次流下。
妈妈进来了，我跑到妈妈的'身边，抱住了妈妈，大声的喊出：“妈妈，我爱你！”妈妈激动万分，流下了欣慰的泪水。
